The Emporia EV Charging Station is a Level 2 electric vehicle charger that charges any EV up to 40 amps with NEMA 14-50P or up to 48 amps with hardwired installation. It has a 24' cable with an SAE J1772 connector, working with all-electric cars. Its watertight NEMA Type 4 enclosure is made to withstand the elements outdoors.

*The charger is compatible with any EV; the charger comes with an SAE J1772 connector (adapter required for Tesla EVs) and a 24' cable with integrated cable management.

Self Check	Sequence performed during start up, every three hours, and before charging to ensure unit is working properly and safely upon power-up.
Stuck Relay Detection	Check to ensure relays are functioning properly and providing proper power gating.
Surge Detection	Constantly monitors for power surges during operation. Charging is shut off if a surge is detected.
Ventilation Required	Checks for ventilation requests from EV and prevents charging if ventilation is not available.

WAs only able to use 40 amp charging current because of no room in my breaker box for 60 amp breaker. Turn out no big deal. It charges my 2019 Niro EV at 7.43 KW and my 2022 EV6 at 9.27 KW which are the highest rates they can intake (i think). Anyway very happy with the ESVE. Cable is substantial and long enough to reach rear of EV6 and front of Niro EV side by side in the garage. I phone app works well.
