Where does Rise ship to?

Rise currently ships across Canada with the exception of The Northwest Territories, the Yukon and Nunavut. If you are shopping from the United States, please visit shop.buildwithrise.com.

Will the shipping company call me for LTL and Freight order?

If your order is LTL or freight requiring a contact phone number you will be contacted 1 to 2 days to schedule your delivery.

Is shipping really carbon neutral?

On top of our commitment to 1% For the Planet, Rise also guarantees Carbon Neutral Shipping on all of its orders, regardless of size or destination. Full transparency: shipping isn't yet a Carbon-Free process, so until that happens, Rise will continue to accomplish Carbon Neutral Shipping by purchasing carbon offsets.
