Order Processing & Shipping Times

We're all about making things happen as fast as possible, processing orders so they're ready to ship in 3 to 5 business days. Remember, actual shipping times can vary based on each carrier's specific cut-off times and warehouse operations.

Your inbox will be graced with automated emails when you place your order, your order hits the road for delivery, is out for delivery and when it lands at your doorstep or jobsite.

After an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be subject to our return policy.

Lead Times and Backordered Products

Psst! In case those mischievous supply chain issues try to pull a fast one, we'll spill the beans right on the product page with visible lead times. That way, you'll always be in the loop and know what to expect. If something ultra-rare goes haywire, our team will be on the case, working around the clock for you. Similar to in-stock times, products with lead times are charged in full at the point of sale. This allows us to reserve the product with the manufacturer.

To cancel orderes with a product with a lead time, contact customer service, and we'll do our best to cancel the shipment. We'll confirm your cancellation through a personalized phone call or a conveniently delivered email and process a refund providing the order has not shipped. Please be advised that orders that have shipped cannot be canceled.

Notice for Drolet, Century, and Englander wood stove orders destined for British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and remote locations in Ontario.

As a result of increasing fuel and freight costs, orders for wood burning stoves and pellet stoves may incur extra charges for delivery to specific regions in Canada, which might not be covered by our free shipping policy. Please note that this only applies to wood burning stoves and pellet stoves. The provinces impacted by these additional fees are Saskatchewan, Alberta, and British Columbia, with the exception of major cities. In some rare cases, very remote locations of Ontario may also be impacted. If you reside in a remote area in these provinces, we recommend contacting us before placing your order, so we can discuss the available delivery options with you. Rise reserves the right to notify customers in these provinces of any extra shipping costs necessary for delivery. In the event of such additional charges, customers will be notified and have the choice to modify their order or cancel for a full refund.
