Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will be subject to our Return Policy.

If you need to cancel an order containing a lead-time product, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to stop the order before shipment and issue a full refund.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Due to increasing freight costs, orders containing wood stoves, pellet stoves, fireplaces, and related accessories may require additional shipping charges in certain regions of Canada that fall outside our standard free shipping coverage.

The regions most commonly affected include:

No additional charges will be applied without your approval.

Due to increased freight costs associated with large and heavy products, a flat $400 LTL shipping fee may apply to J.A. Roby wood stoves and cookstoves shipping to:

• British Columbia

• Manitoba

Due to increased freight costs for oversized products, vanity orders shipping to the following provinces are subject to a flat $200 shipping fee:
