Shipping - Parcel, LTL and Freight

Rise partners with multiple shipping and freight providers ensuring you have receive consistent and reliable service. We work hard with our brand and manufacturer partners to ensure that you get quick and easy access to researched and vetted products that are revolutionizing the way we do home improvement.

Order Processing & Shipping Times

We work hard so you receive your product(s) as quickly as possible. Shipping times are subject to each carrier's daily cut-off time, and dependent upon warehouse turnaround.

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days and typically ship within 2 to 5 business days unless lead times, due to global supply chain issues, are specified on the product page.

We'll keep you updated every step of the way. Automated emails are queued up to confirm your order and when the order is shipped accompanied with a tracking number so you know exactly where your order stands. We'll even send you an email when your order is out for delivery and delivered. 

Lead Times and Backordered Products

Due to global supply chain issues, a product may be subject to a lead time, meaning it is currently out of stock or backordered from the manufacturer. We take every precaution to avoid these situations by identifying known lead times and delisting or applying stockouts to products whose lead times exceed four weeks.

  1. Similar to in-stock times, products with lead times are charged in full at the point of sale. This allows us to reserve the product with the manufacturer or reserve a custom order product.
  2. Within 24 business hours of the order placement, we'll notify you via email or phone if a product is subject to a lead time and the estimated shipping date. These lead times are also indicated on product pages that a lead time applies to. We'll notify you via email if there is are additional delays.
  3. Orders that have shipped from the manufacturer or original storage facility cannot be canceled.
  4. To cancel a product with a lead time, contact customer service, and we'll do our best to cancel the shipment. We'll confirm your cancellation via phone or email. If an order can be canceled, we can update the order with a replacement product or issue a refund.

Full transparency: shipping isn't yet a Carbon-Free process, so until that happens, Rise will continue to accomplish Carbon Neutral Shipping by purchasing carbon offsets.
