With a charging rate of 0.8 amps, the OptiMATE 2 is powerful enough to charge your battery quickly, but gentle enough to avoid damaging it.

The OptiMATE 2 features a unique 4-step charging cycle that maximizes the life of your battery. During the first step, the charger will analyze your battery and determine its condition. Next, the charger will begin a bulk charge to quickly recharge your battery to its optimal level. The third step is a maintenance charge, which maintains the battery at its optimal level. Finally, the charger will enter a standby mode until it detects a drop in voltage, at which point it will automatically begin another charging cycle.
